Equisarte Shows, LLC provides a fun inclusive online community where equestrians and animal lovers alike can connect by sharing the love of our pets through photography and fun events with their horses. Recognizing the need to provide the equestrian community with additional options as a way to show and challenge themselves while at their own barn, Equisarte Shows pioneered the way for equestrians to do just that! Since 2020 our original and popular virtual challenges help motivate equestrians all across the USA and even countries overseas to work towards their own personal goals by logging and journaling their activity sessions, enjoy their horses, and celebrate accomplishments with a like minded and supportive community through our social media platforms! Participants earn one of our gorgeous Rosette Finisher Ribbons at the end of each challenge! Photography Show entrants may submit photos from a smart phone or a DSLR. We are excited to see all your wonderful animals! In addition we believe in supporting our animal friends in need throughout the country! Many of our events donate a portion of the proceeds to various 501(c)3 non profit equestrian organizations and animal rescues.

Our Mission:
Our challenges help equestrians all across the USA and overseas to stay motivated, focused, and accountable as you work towards your own equestrian goals and dreams by riding, driving, or doing groundwork activities with your horse usually within a couple months! Our activity logs and personal journaling helps participants define dreams and aspirations, work towards, and achieve personal goals through goal setting. We help equestrians to have fun and stay accountable by spending time with their horses, recording the activities on their log, and join our awesome social media community sites to share their progress! Our virtual events allow equestrians to challenge themselves and work towards something amazing with their horse regardless if they have access to showing off site, do not have access to showing off site, is a registered or not, have a young, green, or older horse, or a fit and athletic horse! Unlike many other equestrian incentive riding programs, Equisarte Shows events are open to ALL breeds, disciplines, and skill levels! In addition, we believe in supporting our animal friends in need throughout the country through event donations and bringing awareness of non profit equestrian organizations and animal rescues to the equestrian community.
Our Vision:
Our vision is to provide a positive supportive atmosphere for equestrians and equines of all ages all across the USA and internationally in our events and social media platforms. Our hope is for equestrians to be able to create a deeper bond with their horses by spending additional quality time together, while maintaining balance in their lives. Through goal setting and personal reflection we want participants to feel empowered and proud of their accomplishments with their horses! We aspire to help animal lovers to find the beauty in nature all around you, capture beautiful moments through photography, and story telling!

~ What Participants Are Saying ~
"Equisarte Shows has positively impacted and influenced me as I struggle with motivation during the winter months and am very hard on myself in riding. These challenges have given me a positive place to share my equine journey with my new horse and to build a great relationship with her through good times/bad times/injuries and everything in between. I keep motivated by writing down my goal and trying to achieve it with the challenges which have just been a blast to complete! Equisarte Shows has positively impacted the equestrian community with their uplifting and supportive Facebook group. With so much negativity that can be in the world and equestrian community it is so nice to be able to come to such a supportive group Equisarte Shows provides and share your triumphs, challenges, meet people that support and uplift you- and want to see you succeed!" -Lauren H.
"I finally got to go first level with Petey! He was super and scored 74.8 in Training 3 for a blue and also won the training level high score award. Then at our debut at First level test 1 he earned 72.2 for a second place. Thanks so much for these challenges to keep me motivated and riding more consistently!" -Denise O.
"I so enjoy the challenges for several reasons! First, there is an incredibly supportive community. I am at a barn where I do not get any positive feedback or support except during lessons with my instructor. I feel very much that I am "on my own." However, I can share my challenges, frustration, and successes with my "Equisarte family." I have come to know several other participants and always look forward to their updates and stories. Last year, because I rode on my own and had no one who was willing to help me meet this challenge, I was afraid to ride in our outdoor arena at night. My horse is young and relatively green, and I am older with two prosthetic knees. Ideally, I would have had people in place willing to encourage me and support me. Instead, I had the Equisarte community. And the day I could proudly report that I rode by myself, at night - so many people cheered me on! Now I routinely ride by myself, at night - even with no stirrups or on the buckle! Keeping the log has helped me see how I have grown in my journey with my horse, and I will have the logs forever. Plus, the ribbons and prizes are wonderful. High quality, and I am proud to display them. I showed extensively with my previous horse, and while I am interested in showing at schooling shows, I would have to arrange outside transport. In this way, I am meeting challenges that are meaningful and help me grow as an equestrian. In addition, the community is supportive regardless of your challenges. Some participants work at a very high level in their discipline, and I learn from them. Some are working with older horses, rehabilitating an injured or ill horse, or dealing with an injury or illness themselves. As I said, I feel the support and encouragement from this community in a way that is sorely lacking at my barn." -Wendi N.
"Equisarte Shows challenged me to become a better rider no matter what! Through their photography shows I have learned so much about how to do photography and it has made me experience new ways to create! Without Equisarte Shows, I wouldn’t be doing any of these or getting better at what I like to do!" -Karina S.
"Equisarte Shows has influenced me to track my rides, track my progress, always do one thing that scares you every day. In the short quarterly challenges, I make incredibly progress each time. I started Equisarte Shows when my horse got injured, this was the best way to keep us on track on our slow restart, while I built up muscle at the walk. Starting with 5 minute rides, to 10 minute rides, and so on. Now we are greater than ever competing in 3rd Level Dressage (when we were doing Training just 2 years ago), and Beginner Novice level eventing. Equisarte Shows is truly something everyone should try! Equisarte Shows has an amazing impact to the equestrian community. They have donated free entries to TheFluffyEventer (available to follow on all social media sites) to give away to the local horse community at events like the Horse World Expo, and the Maryland 5 Star! TheFluffyEventer has been lucky enough to support Equisarte Shows back for all of the wonderful time and energy that goes into hosting these challenges and creating beautiful ribbons. At Expos/events, TheFluffyEventer has a lot of positive interaction with the public with Equisarte Challenges. This is truly a great way to keep young riders, young horses, or eager riders on track!" -Margaret D. www.instagram.com/thefluffyeventer/
"I've been doing these challenges since they started in 2020. Each challenge has tested me and my horses in numerous ways. They've helped me through wild medical issues, surgeries, procedures, losing close family members and I've always spent almost every day with my boys but having such a big team has also helped me through the good days, bad days, bad weather days, unique situations with my horses and so much more. These challenges have brought so many horse people together in a positive way because let's be honest, sometimes the horse world can be cruel but not here. I will continue to do both large and small challenges because it's fun, it has helped me feel motivated, I do love helping others and both my horses love having jobs. It's never been about winning or getting prizes, it's been about me and my boys setting goals and staying determined to reach them so we grow together, not to mention how much we learn as we go. I'm not exaggerating when I say my horses have saved me many many times and these challenges have been apart of that in a big way as well. I truly appreciate everyone who helps host these challenges and who have helped me and my horses. Equisarte Shows challenges have helped me outside of just riding or training my horses, they've helped improve my life, never giving up when it comes to my health issues, my anxiety and they've pulled me out of some really bad depression episodes. I could go on forever honestly but I spoke from my heart and soul on this." -Sarah T.
"I enjoy Equisarte Shows. They have helped me in so many ways! The challenges taught me many things about horsemanship, friendship, and commitment. I am a better horse owner, I keep my commitments, and I am a better friend. Of course, it is mainly meant as a horse program which motivates me to continue learning about but I have also learned how to be a better person through these challenges. I cannot say enough positive things about the Equisarte Shows! Horsemanship makes me a better person at the barn where I board my horse and it trickles down into my everyday life." -Sandra S.
“This morning I was looking at the beautiful ribbons I’ve received from these challenges and reflecting over the past few months and figured it was about time I posted to the group. Pre-covid, I was out horse showing almost every single weekend. My horse Floyd was fourth in the country for the Thoroughbred Incentive Program Performance Awards in the jumpers as well as east coast champion in 2019. In January 2020, the goal was repeat or better. When all the shows shut down, I felt completely lost. Now what do I do on the weekends? I had no new goal to work towards, nothing to focus on fixing for the next show. I definitely was forced to slow down and take this time to really focus on the small details and just become an all around better rider. But without something specific to work towards, it was hard to push myself. I was so thankful when I stumbled across Equisarte Shows No Stirrup November Challenge and every challenge after that because they have been so helpful in giving me something to work towards, and now I challenge myself to see how many training sessions over 25 I can get in during the time period. After a year of inconsistency with my riding, I feel like I’m finally becoming a stronger rider and a lot more of the small details are coming together for me. I’m so excited to see where we end up at the end of the summer challenge!” -Kristin R.
